  • Exfoliate your skin to remove any dead skin and to help reduce ingrown hairs. Moisturise your skin too. This is best to do at least 3 times a week. Your therapist will leave the room so you can undress and freshen up with our hygiene wipes before they carry out your treatment.

  • Ideally, it should be as long as a grain of rice. If you are new to waxing then stop shaving for 4 weeks prior to your first wax. For maximum results, we recommend to get waxed every 4-5 weeks depending on the growth cycle as everyone is different.

  • Yes, on underarms and all intimate areas, as this is better for sensitive areas or where the hairs are more coarse and stubborn. Hot wax wraps around the hairs and removes them all at once.
